  • Personal Use Only: All patterns are licensed exclusively for personal use by the individual purchaser. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form.

  • Small-Scale Commercial Policy: We support independent makers. You are welcome to sell items made from our patterns in small quantities (up to 20 units) provided that credit is clearly given to Stargazey/Jan Mullen on the product listing or tag.

Digital Download & Refund Policy

  • Instant Delivery: Upon purchase, you will receive an automated email with a download link to access your digital pattern files.

  • Support: We are committed to ensuring you have a seamless experience. If you encounter any technical difficulties accessing or opening your files, please contact our support team at shop@janmullen.com.au for prompt assistance.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, which are accessible immediately upon purchase, all pattern sales are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and your support of the Stargazey heritage project.
